Just enter your postal-code and immediately you're getting connected to people just like you who are interested in saving money and saving the environment! Instead of needing to type in pages of forms only to find out there is no one living near you who wants to carpool, we make it easy to see where people are offering rides and where people are looking for a ride.
We have designed our software to ensure that users have the control to make all the decisions when it comes to whom and how they wish to contact and arrange their carpools.
Our tool is just facilitating the connection, and the users own email is used to make the carpool work.. Because we keep all carpoolers anonymous until they decide to make a connection, employees know they can choose to answer emails or not regarding carpool requests.
With respect to routes, we still think people can make better choices with respect to which other people they should connect to than a computer can. So we keep it simple. We offer routes up based on minimum distances, but we also show you other options graphically on a standard google map, so that you can choose who you want to contact based on your knowledge of YOUR routes that you take.
